During this inauguration period of the national registry, this on-line version of the NACCC National Registry of HUD Section 3 Certified Business Concerns will only display business concerns within the State of Kansas, and the State of Missouri. NACCC will be converting other state listings soon from our hard-paper national registry.

The National Registry of HUD Section 3 Certified Business Concerns was established by NACCC. Access to the National Registry is free of charge to everyone nationwide. The NACCC National Registry of HUD Section 3 Certified Business Concerns serves as a "national resource bank" for everyone seeking to locate NACCC Section 3 certified business concerns: including governmental agencies; real estate developers; prime general contractors, and others. Every  Section 3 certified business concern is automatically listed and maintained in the National Registry database.

Each business certified by NACCC, or applying for eligibility determination, receives a permanent certification number and status within the national registry; Each business concern successfully certified by NACCC receives a Certification Certificate good for one year, and which also displays that business concern's permanent certification number. All certifications must be renewed each year. Notices for renewal are sent out thirty (30) days prior. The permanent certification number issued to each business can soon be used at the on-line version of the National Registry to conduct a locator search for any certified business concern within the United States. The NACCC National Registry is updated daily.
